Our Starting Proposition

1.

Leaders give rise to their leadership through the decisions they make.

2.

Poor decisions are often made without conscious or deliberate consideration.

3.

Failing to make a decision, also constitutes a decision.

The best leaders exercise sound judgement firstly by absorbing the highest quality information available and secondly, by knowing how to make the best use of that data to inform the decisions they make.

This knowledge is gained through exposure to a wide array of experiences and overcoming adversity.

The Challenge

Senior Leaders, by virtue of their roles and the careers they have built, have already been exposed to a myriad of contemporary leadership theory and thinking.

As they transition to the most senior levels, they are seeking fresh perspectives, new experiences and challenges to overcome, and space to explore their inner-most thinking to create greater cognitive clarity.

How We Meet The Challenge

At Critical Decisions, we have curated a program of peak immersive leadership experiences, and reflective practices that will challenge even the most seasoned strategic leader to consider their established thinking patterns and behaviours. This program provides leaders with the opportunity to explore new perspectives and apply their expertise and knowledge in meaningful new ways and generate a deeper level of awareness about themselves, their capabilities and responsibilities.

Our participants bring with them, a lifetime of leadership experiences, hard won lessons and unique stories. We carefully select the participant group for each five-day residential leadership immersion, so that they will learn at least as much from each other as they will from our faculty.

We have combined a faculty of seasoned leadership practitioners, with talented facilitators, coaches and mentors who are uniquely skilled in ensuring that each participant extracts the most out of the experience.
